Building Kit Pricing
Due to our construction and building concepts EcoLog homes are very affordable. The total cost of an EcoLog home is comparable to or even lower then a same sized stick construction building.
We do not have a standard price list, as we do not offer static, standard designs. All our homes are custom designed to fit the needs of every customer.
The standard price of our building kits is based on the square footage of the main floor, and costs only
$ 42 / sqft
This includes all material described here in our building kit section.
The base price for a 1,600 sqft home as described here (960 sqft lower level and 640 sqft upper level/loft) for example is $40,000, which calculates to
$ 25 / sqft of living space
